Shipping Policy for Soakmate
At Soakmate, we strive to deliver your premium shower steamers with the best service possible. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping and order fulfillment process.
Location & Standard Shipping
Soakmate is based in the United States. We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. For international orders, standard shipping fees apply.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily use USPS and UPS for shipping within the United States. For international orders, we may use alternative carriers at our discretion.
How Do I Track My Order?
All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. For international shipments, your parcel will be handed over to your local postal service for delivery.
You will receive your tracking number via email within 2 business days after your order has been dispatched. To track your order:
- Click the tracking link in your email.
- Enter your tracking number and click the "Track" button to see your parcel's progress. For international orders, once your package has reached your country, you can track it through your local postal service's website.

International Orders
For orders outside the United States and Canada, please be aware that additional customs fees and/or brokerage charges may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by the customs agency or brokerage service in your country. Soakmate is not responsible for these additional charges. We recommend waiting for our dedicated international shipping options to avoid any unexpected fees.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that all your shipping details are correct when placing your order. Soakmate is not responsible for delays or additional charges that may arise from incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If you need to correct your address, please contact us before your order ships. If the order has already been dispatched, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it to the correct address.
Please note that we do not refund shipping charges for orders with incorrect shipping addresses.
Unclaimed Packages & Failed Deliveries
Soakmate is not responsible for unclaimed packages, misdeliveries, or failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal to accept delivery, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages. If an order cannot be delivered due to the recipient's unavailability, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to arrange for pickup or redelivery.
International Shipping Fees
International shipping charges are calculated based on weight. Customers are also responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees incurred during shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by these charges.
Order Fulfillment
Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process. While we strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee specific shipping dates or delivery times.
Subscription orders are processed promptly, usually on the same day (excluding weekends and holidays). These orders are processed within 1-3 hours to meet our shipping expectations.
Order Cancellations
You may request an order cancellation as long as the order has not yet entered the processing stage. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, the item must be returned for a refund once it’s delivered.

For questions regarding your order status, please refer to your order ID in the confirmation email and contact us at support@soakmate.co. We aim to respond within 48 business hours.
For any order issues (such as missing items or undelivered packages), please allow 48 business hours from the confirmation of your request for a resolution.
